Job Title: Admin Assistant
The Job you will be doing
You will be responsible for maintaining current office systems, imputing data in addition to assisting with managing e-mails and electronic filing. You will be working closely and supporting a Manager with all aspects of their daily tasks which will entail planning, organising as well as customer service. Ideal candidates should be highly motivated, able to work in a team and able to deal with pressure!
- Ability to work under pressure along with a strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail and organisation skills
- Customer focused, strives to deliver a high standard of service
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent administration and computer skills
- Sales experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
Experience you will need
- 2+ years of related experience in administration
- Five GSCE's or above (Maths and English)
- Computer literate - Excel, Word, Data listing, Website admin
