Pay and Collect
Tronix operate a pay and collection service from a hight street shop premises for the convenience of our online store customers.
This service is a free service allowing you the customer to view, check and confirm your purchase before buying much like you visiting any high street store. There are some rules and there are some differences when you purchase goods from us in this way which are explained below
If you wish to use this service its important that you note the following:
Any item found on our website, or either our Amazon store or Ebay store is available for this service but requires your co-operation for this service to function smoothly.
Please do not just turn up expecting to buy what is available on our website as all products available for purchase are stored at our secure warehouse which is not open to the public. The collection centre does not stock any of our products as it is an entirely different business. We are fortunate that we are able to offer this service from these premises. Our Warehouse is some twenty minutes away which means that items are brought to the premises on a request like service usually by one of our staff team after it has been pre-arranged for collection.
Call us First
Please contact us first by telephone so that arrangements can be made to bring your item to the premises if you wish to collect any item from us. We cannot be held accountable for any inconvenience or delay if you just "turn up" expecting to be able to buy an item from us.

We will inform you of the time and the date if necessary of when you can come to collect and pay for your item
Returning an Item
If after you have made a purchase from us at this collection centre and you wish to return an item then again we ask that you call us first. Items that are bought through this servcie are not covered by the distance selling regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights but does affect the way your item can be returned. Items that may be faulty are usually covered by manufacturers warranty and in many instances the manufacturer will deal with your item direct.
If at the time of purchase we inform you that Tronix is providing the warranty on behalf of the manufacturer then please either ring or e-mail us first so we can arrange your return with the least inconvenience to you

These premises are providing shop services unrelated to the general business activities of Tronix so please if you have arranged a collection - be polite - let the staff know you are collecting an item - they will if necessary serve you but may not have technical expertise in the product you are buying. If you need assistance in your purchase we will assist via telephone if we are unable to be present otherwise if Tronix staff are available they will assist in any enquiry you have.
