4.1 We will endeavor to inform you of the estimated delivery dates when you place an order. The estimated delivery times of the products will be indicated on our site. The delivery times are not binding and in the event of the delivery time being exceeded, the Customer cannot claim any refund, damage or suspension of its contractual obligations.

5. PRICE, PAYMENT

5.1 The applicable prices are the prices of the products displayed on the website. All prices are gross prices (UK VAT included) in euros. Additional costs, such as delivery costs, will be mentioned separately on the website. Payment is possible by the following means.

Staples will normally verify prices as part of shipping procedures so that when the correct price for a product is less than our quoted price, we charge the lowest amount when the product is shipped. 6. DELIVERY / COLLECTION

6.1 The products will be delivered (by a carrier) to the address indicated by the Customer. Delivery times are generally between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and we cannot specify the exact time we will deliver. Please note that we cannot deliver orders within two working days if the goods are ordered after 3:00 p.m. each evening, or on a weekend or holiday.

6.2 The delivery driver must obtain a signature for all products and if you are not available to accept delivery, the products can be left with a neighbor if they are willing to sign for them. Please note that products cannot be left in porches, hangars or other places outside the house. Deliveries are attempted twice and the driver will leave a card indicating when delivery will be attempted again or if the Products have been left with a neighbor, or if the products are available to be picked up from your local delivery office or if you call to arrange a different delivery date. 7. Set Off

8. SUSPENSION

9. RIGHT OF RETENTION

The Products will remain the property of Tronix Computers until full payment of all unpaid amounts has been received.

10. DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY

If the Products are delivered to you with visible (transport) damage, we kindly ask you to immediately inform the transporter and contact our customer service (see article 2 of the GTC) as soon as possible. Failure to do so will not affect your rights (for any warranty claim), but will help us file a claim or claim with the carrier or their insurance company.

11. RIGHTS

Without prejudice to the exceptions or limitations to which TronixComputers is entitled by law, you are always entitled to your statutory rights to correct performance of the contract, to cancel the contract and to pay damages and / or costs . 12. WARRANTY / COMPLAINTS

12.2 If you wish to make a claim under a warranty provided by TronixComputers, you must inform TronixComputers of the defect as soon as possible after that the discovery was reasonably possible, failing which you risk losing your right to make warranty claims. Complaints regarding perishable products (eg food) must be made within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery.

12.3 Under the warranty of TronixComputers on its own branded products, claims may be made for defects in material or workmanship. 12.4 After reporting the defect, you will authorize TronixComputers to investigate the Products. The inspection of the defective product must take place at the current location of the product or at TronixComputers facilities, at the discretion of TronixComputers. The transport / return costs will be for TronixComputers, unless the warranty request is refused, the Customer will then have to pay the transport costs.

12.5 Any defect in the products resulting from normal wear or any other external cause, such as, but not limited to limit, damage caused by transport by the customer, improper use or if the customer has carried out repairs on the product without the prior written authorization of TronixComputers, will not be covered by the guarantee, unless such use or repair is intrinsically linked to the use of the Products.

13. LIABILITY AND COMPENSATION

13.1 TronixComputers' liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

15. RETURNS OF ELECTRONIC GOODS
